It's all in the details: Subscriptions are shipped on the first shipping day of the month (We ship Mondays and Thursdays). If the first shipping day falls on a holiday or the 1st of the month, subscriptions will be shipped the following shipping day. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the first of the month for the duration of the subscription selected. They are not billed in full. Example: If you want to send a 3-month subscription for one box - Please select Quantity: 1 and then select 3 in the dropdown subscription length box. If you select Quantity: 3, you will be creating a monthly subscription of three boxes each month.

If the next available ship date falls into the next month or an order is scheduled to be shipped in a different month from when the order is placed, the Cookie of the Month flavor will be the flavor from the month of the shipment date.

Subscriptions cannot be changed or canceled in the first 3 months, so we can plan our production accordingly. After 3 months, cookie flavors can be changed or your subscription canceled at any time.

In order to provide the freshest cookies, we ship on Mondays and Thursdays.

Orders must be placed 2 calendar days in advance of shipping date.
